We were referred by a friend, and after we saw the work they did for her and being so nice to her because she had just lost her husband.  He had be in the store prior and was pleased with what he saw, Jeannie remembered him.  This meant a lot to us and we had been in mind to get carpet for both set of stairs (main floor and basement).

We went to the shop and our friend hadn’t been wrong about Jeannie, she was so busy at the time and seemed to be rushed off her feet but she had time to spend with us.  What a wonderful lady she is. Of course we  purchased from her and made arrangements and above all the price was terrific.

The installers arrived right on time and got to work right away, they were fantastic, friendly and cleaned up when they finished.  We are very pleased to say that we have no problem referring them to anyone and have done so already. Jeannie puts your faith in customer service again.  Thanks guys and will be back.

What we loved about dealing with Ben was his knowledge. He knew what I wanted, how much I was willing to spend, and even designed the patterns and layouts for the floors. Ben went out of his way many times. One example was a custom stain he had made for us, which matched the floors perfectly. Ben, just doesn’t sell you a floor and rugs, he does more for you then anyone in the industry. Ben shares his knowledge and makes sure that you’re happy with the job. I love perfection, and appreciate quality work, and that’s what Ben gave us. I can’t say enough good things about Ben, or anyone who works with him, all I can tell you is, that if you’re looking for the best floor, design and quality workmanship – you’re at the right place.
