Ben is the owner of Floors Direct North in Newmarket, Ontario. He lives close to the store with his wife and two daughters.

After many years working in the flooring industry, Ben decided to take all of his expertise and knowledge and open his own store. With his vast experience he aims to provide the best quality flooring and services to clients at an affordable price.

Ben’s ability to educate and inform you about anything to do with flooring will help ensure that you make the right decisions.

He is also an expert on hand-made rugs and carries out appraisals all over Canada.

Having spent 30 years working in the newspaper industry for Britain’s biggest and best selling newspaper, in 2010 Jeannie is turned her hand to something different and quickly became an expert in the flooring industry. Jeannie loves to share her knowledge with her clients to help them find a flooring solution that they’ll love.

Having originally managed both stores, she now runs our Insurance Claims division dealing with customers who have had a disaster at their home or business. Having been a designer and teacher of all forms of paper craft before her move to Canada, her creativity can help you find the best options and colours for your home or business.
